Ian and I did go to the appointment, but we never intended to go through with it if the baby had a heartbeat. There was no one to check for us so we simply didn't do it. My doctor said that it was definitely a moral decision that we would have to live with. I have such a wonderful doctor. I feel so sorry for the people who abort their babies because of a possible problem, though I definitely sympathize. In so many cases the doctors are wrong. The screening tools are simply that, screenings. If I had aborted my baby I would never have felt him move. Ian and I would not have seen his sweet face. We would have missed out on so much. Anyway, instead of staying at the hospital, we went to Bob Evans for breakfast. Ian mentioned that it was a more difficult decision deciding what to eat. Tell me about it!
